    Default 2015-16 New Year's social

Okay, so a summer social is out. Looks like New Year's Eve at Ginnie will have to do again this year.

I can help some, but I have been forbidden from doing it all. So if anybody wants to be the official Social Director, reply here or call me any late afternoon/evening at 706/326-3001.

We're a little over a month out for a New Year's Eve social. Nobody wants to take charge?

If no social, some of us may go to Ginnie for a cookout/Galaxy Dive. Hot dogs and chips, soft drinks, bonfire, then a midnight dive.

Anything on January 1, we need a Social Director. I'll run a NYE cookout, but we need someone else to run things the next day.

I plan to camp at Ginnie both Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. I'll probably leave around noon Jan. 2. Some time ago I offered to run the New Year's Eve event. If Russell will take over New Year's Eve, I will volunteer to be social director on Jan. 1, 2016.

I will gladly be cook again this year and even help engineer the bonfire. I might even get in the water with the glow sticks.
maybe figure away to turn leeking glowing green into an art form

GREAT! Getting a cook is usually the hardest part.

Now that we have the basics in place, I guess I'll call Rose tomorrow and reserve the pavilion.

    Thanks, Allen and MA!

I intend to be there this year too. I missed it last year and would really love to make it. Let me know if I can help in anyway. Like last year, making a list of supplies and having people sign up to bring things would be a good idea.

My husband and I will be there. We will be in cave country between Christmas and New Year, leaving on January 2. Can't wait!

I am pretty sure I will be there at least one day.
