    Default side mounted rebreathers

does anyone know where I can get a rebreather mouth piece with inlet and outlet on the same side, so I can sidemount my rebreathers.

I am wanting to set up 2, one is for inspiration, one is for a dolphin.

Also, if you take a rebreather to depth without breathing from it, will an ADV prevent the canister imploding by adding gas. I am planning on trying it but would like any info available before I put a rebreather at risk by trying it.

There is a French company that makes those mouthpieces, Airtess. http://www.airtess.com/
The site is in French, good luck.

The ADVs usually activate when you try to inhale from an empty counterlung. The ones that have a lever in the bag should prevent collapse, but I am not sure about the ones that are modified second stages. Try asking your question here: http://www.rebreatherworld.com/

If I have to explain it, you wouldn't understand......

I mostly dive OC, but I am taking it to FL right after Christmas.

    No worries,
use babel fish instead it does a decent job of translating most things.
    Plus, its free.
