Default FS: Faber 108's and Deco Tanks

All tanks located in the Ft. Lauderdale Pompano beach area. Local pickup, may be willing to drive a bit to deliver. Hydros and vis are either expired or will be in a few months. I can get you photos and dates if you are interested.

A buddy of mine agreed to store my tech gear when I moved to Alaska. I have been here two years now, so it's time to start selling off some gear thats not practical to ship here.

set of faber 108's, bands, 300 bar dive rite manifold, $400.

set of xs scuba 108's (told they were made by faber for xs), bands, 200 bar oms manifold, $400.

Four Al 40's. Two yellow, Two brushed Al. $75 each. All have convertible valves (genesis i believe) yellow tanks have various stickers. (as an added value i'm not charging for the stickers. what a deal!)

Two sets of dive rite stage rigging. $25 each. Currently on the yellow al40's, will sell with brushed al40's, or separately.

One brushed al80 with Dive Rite stage rigging, convertible valve (genesis i believe)
$125 with rigging, $100 without rigging, rigging sold separately for $25. Al 80 has a giant PADI sticker wrap just to screw with a certain subset of people who have no sense of humor.

Willing to negotiate on price a bit, especially if you are buying multiple stage tanks, both sets of doubles, or a combination there off.

All tanks have been stored inside and with gas in them, dove in primarily fresh water caves, all though they have been on some salt water tech dives, always rinsed afterwards. I was a full time dive instructor for six years while living in florida. Full Cave, Tech, and so on. Point being, this gear has been well taken care of. The hydros and visuals have lapsed only because I have not been there to dive them. My loss is your gain.

some quick updates on tanks. the xs scuba 108s are born in 05, the ones marked faber are born in 02. both sets are faber manufactured tanks, and both have 2010 hydros. Looks like the yellow 40's are born in 08, the silver 40's are 09, and the 80 is 2010. all need hydro and vis.

max travel time from ft lauderdale/pompano beach area would be about a hour. i'm not willing to ship tanks. stage rigging sure. the situation being this; the guy that is storing my gear is one of my closest friends, and i don't want to inconvenience him any further then i have to. the deal was he could use my tec equipment for his training/dives in exchange for storing it for me when i moved to Alaska. you know, in case i hated it here and moved back immediately, which i don't and didn't. he now has all of his own equipment, based on his preferences and doesn't need the tanks and so on any more. Now that cave country and deep wrecks are not an easy drive from the house, i don't need to own these tanks. I am willing to entertain offers on the gear.

sale pending on the tanks. Pullnglide made an offer on the entire lot. He has a post up concerning possible transportation options for the tanks if anyone feels inclined. i'll post again when the sale is final, but as of now these are spoken for.

he did not want the rigging so that is still for sale, two sets of dive rite rigging for 40's, one set of dive rite rigging for 80.
