Light Monkey 35W video head

I got a 35w head from LM when I was using the GoPro. I didn't enjoy shooting video so it is for sale. Used on 4-6 dives total and sitting in my living room ever since. It's the head w/ HID bulb and video reflector on a wet plug. There is an adhesive GoPro mount on one side. I will leave the SS snap on it too.

Couple dumb questions to be sure:

1. Ballast and igniter are on the head?
2. Video reflector can be removed and a standard goodman handle installed?

I suppose so. I have a 21w LED light with a wet plug cable. So when I wanted to shoot video I just plug this in. The ballast and what not should all be in the head since my pack drives it. The reflector is easy to remove. I think it came with a goodman handle but the one I have here is not for it, but I will give it to whoever buys this.
