I will second that emotion. I sent my light in a few weeks ago for a minor repair (the strain relief on the cord was starting to tear). The thing came back to me in very short order, and they hadn't stopped at the cord-- there were parts replaced all over the light, including a major component. The charge for all of this was a pittance, I almost felt guilty but I decided to just let the happiness win out this time.

I took my Salvo to the Light Monkey shop for a cord replacement. They did it while I waited, and at a very reasonable cost.
