What's the point Gary. No one including me is AGAINST Wal Mart. They just happen to be building over the cave I love. Why do you keep posting Pro-Wal Mart stuff? What does inflation have to do with what they are planning to do? Cindy![]()

I wonder how much Walmart paid for that "study"? Wouldn't it have been good if that money had been pro-rated to provide their employees something slightly better than slave wages.

It's not actually a "positive" statement. It's just a counterintuitive upside economic effect to the pervasive low price low wage phenomenon.
To state that one supplier is SO cheap they can singlehandedly counter the effects of inflation across the nation... I don't think I would trust them to build over a sensitive ecological zone.
Don't forget they are underpaying thier employees to such an extent they are balancing out everyone else's raises (not that that's been too hard of late).
