The first week of my open water classes included this video. Had some dive shop owners cringe when they viewed it. But I applied the cave issues to great lakes wreck penetrations. My students were made aware of the risks involved in advanced diving activities. Ken

How many shops or instructors teach OW classes in Florida?

Seems instructors could be motivated to showing this video in their OW classes.

Guys, There's a movement afoot to get this video updated. We're hoping to generate the funds and get a professional production of a similar video to "A Deceptively Easy Way To Die". While soliciting some cash, and producing a fantastic high def movie is the easy part; getting agencies, instructors and students to use it and pay attention to it will be an uphill battle. I hope we can make it happen.

I should have some more information about what we're doing soon. Once I have all the info, I'll post it somewhere so you can chime in or contribute.
