It's a little over a year since I bought my LD 26 and I couldn't be happier with both the light and what little service I have needed. I had 2 lighthead clips break and Bobby sent out my new one the day I called and I broke one on my camera mount he he fixed it at the dive site. He decided that the old style was holding up to his high standard (a gorilla can't break it) so he designed a new one that he could stand behind or on for that matter and changed several other features for our comfort. I must say this thing is sweeeeet and comfortable. You hardly know it there except the fact I have this kickass light shining the way.
