Has anyone been there recently? Is it blown due to high river water? If so, what was the vis and flow like?

It will have lesser visibility of Madison because of the high flow and particulate. Plus,with Madison having higher silt levels reported,someone can plan on a lot of silt and percolation. This place has a history of instability right around the time of a reversal,so be real cautious. Besides that,this has become the local hangout for people who don't want to pay the park fee,and can get away with behaviors that aren't tolerated at the park. This place has become crime ridden,with local law enforcement saying there is a narcotics issue there. In the middle of summer last year,it appeared that a need for wood for a bon fire was needed,so the rail and part of the deck were removed for this purpose. If you gotta to go,I would recommend a third party who can sit on a lawn chair next to your vehicle. We used to think Telford was bad,but the locals knew Suwannee Sheriff patrolled on a regular basis,not much at Twin rivers

Thanks Kelly. I think we'll plan on diving somewhere else and do this one in the winter time...
