    Default Telford

After hearing that Telford was not looking too good I wanted to check it out for myself. Glad I did!!!!! When we pulled up in the boat the spring run was nice and clear and had a small boil. Once inside the cave I was pleasantly surprised. Visibility ranged from 20-35' with most of it being in the 30-35' range. This continued all the way back to the "T" before Ripple Canyon. Fine silt covered everything. You can tell others have been in recently, but for the most part things looked great. Most excellent dive dudes!

It has been years since I was there as well. I have dove it it at a ten and at a 2. Today was a 5 and well worth it!

Ah man. Sean and I were going to dive that too but we decided on Little River instead because we were worried about getting there and having crappy vis. Was the river swimmable or do you have to have a boat to get there?

I would not swim the river! But I am lazy. LoL The current moved us back to the boat ramp pretty dang quick after the dive. We had a boat drop us off and drifted back to the ramp.

I should also add that the flow inside is pretty strong as well. 70 minutes in and 50 minutes out, barely kicking on the way out.
