Our buddy Herbie spent years on the west coast looking... but he never found anything except marijuana farms.

I went down to Costa Rica a couple years ago. There were no wet caves but they do have a couple dry/semi dry caves. I would highly recommend the Vernado Cave tour. There is a river that runs through the cave and at times we were walking nearly neck deep in water. There are also some restrictions to squeeze through and some walls to scale. It's a great tour if you want a little adventure. A tour like this would not be offered in the US for obvious reasons.
