Gavin Scooter & LP108's

I have a Gavin Scooter for sale. It is in great shape and just had the motor rewound less than 10 hours ago. It comes with a short body and a standard body. It also comes with spare parts to include extra relays and an extra reed switch. IT also has a smart charger included. The scooter is located in Dothan, Al and I would be willing to meet someone in Marianna, Fl or around Vortex or Morrison Springs. I am asking 1700.00 for everything.

I also have a set of Wothington LP108's for sale. They are 1.5 years old and have thermo din valves. They are set up for side mound and hose retainers and cam bands are included. Asking 450.00

Please feel free to ask any questions and I will ship both things but it will be expensive and at the buyers expense.

How does the gavin compare to a uv18 or 26 by silent submersion? Im in the market for a dpv

The gavin and the S.S. are very similar. The designs are almost the same the biggest difference is that the S.S. has a motorcycle type hand with a rolling throttle. The Gavin has the hand oriented the other way with a trigger to make it go. The motors used as far as i know are similar and the batteries are the same. So buying this one you would get the equivalent of having a UV 26 and a body of the UV 18. If you look at the picture of the base of the scooter you can see the handle. Who rewound the motor and what RPM is it rewound to? does it have the aluminum cone?

Right now it looks like the scooter is sold. Just waiting on the money. I will let you know if the deal falls through. The tanks are still for sale and are in great shape and I will ship them to you.
