    Default Mother nature

So I have a group of students from my university that I am taking down to Florida to take a cavern class at peacock springs but since it is closed I am left with some problems. Is there anywhere in Marianna that is similar to cave excursion's rentals and same price range? I am hoping for a place with a kitchen so we can cook. Any other suggestions on locations as far as hotels and or dive sites for cavern?

Ginnie Springs or Blue Grotto are open and fine places to conduct cavern classes. You can still get your rental gear from cave excursions, and you can commute from their rental properties, it will add about 90 minutes driving per day.

JB has an awesome cavern. Better than Peacock I'd argue. And Edd's shop, Cave Adventurers, is right there. It's a win-win.

I guess I didn't make myself clear. When I said rentals I meant trailer or cabin rentals, not gear rental.

Cave Adventurers can set you up with a trailer rental (2 bedroom, queen been in 1, bunks in the other, and a couch that can sleep 1) or Hole In The Wall house. I have only stayed in the trailer with up to 4 people. Its right next door and cheap. Hard to beat. HITW House is bigger, and nicer, but also costs a bit more. Both have kitchens, places to hang gear to dry and I know at least the trailer has a washer/dryer.

There are also other rental properties closer to Ginnie and Blue Grotto that could cut that 90 minutes of driving out. Check out http://www.michael-angelo-art.com/chateau_h2o/
