How does one totally disassociate from the CDF? I mean totally eradicate complete account?

You don't. An admin would have to delete your account.

Please do, this has degenerated into a schoolyard pissing match. I am disgusted and I am out. Please totally eradicate any association I have had with this debacle. Thank you.

How funny is it to comment how it's become a schoolyard pissing match, and protest it by acting like the child who lost the pissing match that grabs all his toys and runs away.

    Sorry but thats funny

Wow, never thought I would stand up for Boru, but really man? You aren't making this any better, so what if he decides to leave, that is his prerogative. You don't need to kick him on his way out.

Your account can be deactivated but your past posts are part of the archive. Same as with facebook, once there it is there for good. Bill Huth

Well, I for one think that the whole damn thing should be scrapped. What kind of forum is so screwed up that they can't even get the clock to work right. I mean, I know Bill just posted, but unless I just had a trans-dimensional jump I am unaware of, it is NOT 12:29 PM.

So it makes me wonder, probably all of those snarkey posts really weren't that bad, it was just the result of the CDF time warp that has been an issue for several years. It has to be the software. Say you type that someone a "gentleman" I bet its the CDF software that mistranslates that to "Assho_e". When you type "What an thoughtful and insightful comment", the damn time warp changes it to "You douchebag, you should go somewhere and die". We really aren't uncivil to each other, we gather at meetings, swap stories, eat barbeque, and generally get along well together. Its the damn machines, turning us all into a bunch of jackholes that can't get along. Orwell was right about the damn machines and their evil programming masters and those that do there diabolical bidding.... Fear them, I say, fear them!

John, what I see is Bill posting at 7:29 not 12:29. And as for the other stuff, I've never seen that. I think the aliens must have gotten hold of your computer (or your mind) and are creating the time warp in there. On second thought, weren't you a teenager in the 60s. Maybe it isn't aliens after all... hmmmmmmmm...

Boru... stop logging in and you will never have to see the CDF and it's users/posts again.

Sorry that you feel that way... but then again, no one should be forced to read these forums.
