I built this website and have been hosting it since 2007. It is not up to date because I have not been active with cave diving in a while. You can update it and have a great website.

I will no longer be living in the United States and will not have any use/desire for this anymore.

I have paid domain renewal fees for 5 years (GoDaddy.com) and have been hosting it for the same period. I want to recover some of what I have into this site.

THE DOMAIN NAME WAS JUST RENEWED **TODAY** SO YOU HAVE 1 YEAR BEFORE RENEWAL FEES WILL BE DUE AGAIN ($12.00 a year).

You will receive all the HTML/CODE for the website (and images), the domain name itself HARTSPRINGSGUIDE.COM and I will even let you host it where it is cost free for 3 months. After 3 months you will need to move it (if I no longer maintain the server) or pay a reasonable hosting fee to me (that is IF I keep the server). If I continue hosting it for you it will be around $5 a month.

Regardless, you can move it on day #1 if you want. I don't REQUIRE you to host it with me. Site & domain name will be yours and you can do whatever you want with it.... You could turn it into a website about flying pink elephants for all I care....

I want $210 for the entire thing as represented above. I will CONSIDER offers but first $210 takes it without delay. I will take PayPal or cash (preferred) if you are in the High Springs area. If you pay me CASH (not paypal) I will take $200.00
