There are some really promising leads in several large caves located in SE Minnesota. If you are interested in diving a few sumps please send me a note at www.cavepreserve.com Thanks, John

Forwarded this off list to a sump diver I know in Wisconsin. More likely to get an answer from that. My exploration schedule in TN prevents me from going all the way up there. Hope you have some luck finding a diver!

I'm definitely interested in more info and there are lots of cave divers here in the Chicago area that I'm sure would be for an occasional trip to something more local.
I wish, but I'm having a hard enough time just getting back to north alabama caves 2 hours away
The cave is 4 miles in length but there are a lot more passages to discover. This cave has numerous pits, which have 6' - 20' feet of water at the bottom. In one pit in particular you can clearly see a nice wide passage leading off into the unknown - about 4 feet under the surface of the water. We have conducted dye tracing and estimate the cave is 50-75 miles long. We feel the ticket to the rest of the system lies through these sumps. You can reach me at cavepreserve@gmail.com
E-mail sent, i look forward to hearing from you
What is the potential timing of this? I am not a surveyor or explorer but would look at playing a support role maybe in the early spring if everything lines up for me!
Has there been any progress on these sumps? Just wondering if you will wait until spring to try and connect the systems.
Wow where were you when I lived in Peterson a year or so ago?
