I saw a plane, a bus and 55 gallon drums tied together converted to a boat back in 95/96 during the last mass exit from Cuba. I was in the Coast Guard. Lots of divng in the Island during that time.
Double the the Tanks, Double the run, Add a stage for more fun..... Keep on Diving.
