Hole in the Wall over 4 miles

Just thought you might be interested to know, Hole in the Wall cave, Jackson County, Fl. now has over 4 miles of surveyed passage. Survey continues, as we try to flesh out the crazy mazes on the eastern side.

That brings us inside the 200 longest caves in the US at 199! Woohoo!

- have to put a plug in here .........though not involved in the survey, a whole lot of new cave in Hole in the Wall was discovered by Bill Main and Bill Gavin (and others) and i had the honor of being along for the ride for some of it .......mid 80's...... some of that #18 twist that you are mapping was theirs

Ask Edd about the time he and Ryan kinda got a little, well, turned around about 1.7ish miles in the cave.
Saw the map a year or so ago. Very impressive cave.
