    Default Glory Markers

So Thursday I dove in Madison Blue and Telford and noticed quite a few "glory markers" in the Godzilla Room and on the Gold line, respectively. Although I think they're super interesting and like to read them as I go along (there were even some pink arrows in Telford), I know quite a few people don't think they belong on these lines. As I was exiting one of these caves I started thinking... Wouldn't it be cool if someone found a new tunnel in one of the caves and called it the Glory Line.... Then people could drop an arrow with their name/the date/whatever to get it out of their system and it would be neat to watch the arrows multiply : )

Just throwin' it out there. Perhaps its a bad idea... But I think it sounds pretty cool. : )

It sounds cool, until you have to follow the line in zero viz, and all the markers slow you down. One arrow every 100' is plenty.

There are a few divers who I do appreciate that they leave glory markers. I've never met them but would really love to. If you see a guy named "100" or "200" or "300" or "400" or pretty much any number with two 00's behind it, tell them JahJah appreciates them leaving their arrows around for me to see.

There are already a few systems out there with glory markers in them.

the best glory marker is the one that no one but you knows about.

i'm not sure, but i think this just may defeat the actual purpose of a glory marker. don't get me wrong, the only glory markers i leave are the pink cookies i accidentally drop in caves.

i just thought it'd be cool to have a tunnel with a line filled with different arrows on them.

oh, i suppose glory could be a public thing, but surely there's a private glory too?
