what size would that m evolution dry suit fit? I know that pinacle had some problems with there sizing

I am 5'10" weight between 175-185 lbs and it fits well. The issue is I have a larger chest for my size (My chest is 42") and it is a little restricting in the shoulders when I put both arms straight out in front of me. I am normally a medium but sometimes have to go up a size for shoulder room then the rest is big on me. If you are normally a medium it will fit.
