quick dive from friedman into the milk tunnel yesterday (1-28-11). vis was average (30-40ft) and the flow seemed up. usual particulate floating around in the water as well but nothing major. i noticed the habi-tarp for the first time and had a good laugh about the note. is there some special class i need to take on it's use? i don't recall "habi-tarp decompression" being a topic in my tec classes!
