    Default tank comparisons

I hate to post this uninteresting topic but I am finding so many different numbers: every site I find seems to have different numbers for scuba tanks.

Suggestions for sites for current and reliable tank characteristics.?

I have never found a site or a chart that had believable numbers. I'm guessing all of them take the numbers from the various manufacturers.

What's frustrating is when you have two cylinders of the "same size" from different manufacturers where, for example, one has a full-to-empty buoyancy shift of four pounds and the other shows six pounds.
