FS: Sierra X Scooter

Bought this a few months back, I'm the third owner. Very gently used. Bought because I was changing my style of diving, but ended up not using it like I thought I would, and failed to sell my other scooter. Real nice scooter, but turned out to be a little bit of a fiscally irresponsible decision. With some unexpected expenses rolling in, I really need to sell this. Sooner I sell it the sooner my drysuit will be dry

There are some scratches, as you can see in the photos. First owner barely used it, and it was a freshwater scooter. Second owner was the same. I have used it 3 times in saltwater and always cleaned it meticulously afterwards. I replaced the shaft seal when I bought it 4 months ago.

Comes with two batteries, one charger, one Storm case for one battery, and some spares...prop hub, yoke screw, body orings, and shaft screw.

NiMH batteries were getting 45 minute burn times when purchased, I've tried to take good care of them but they haven't been used more than about 8 dives, so I can't gaurantee the burn times will still be 45 minutes especially right when you get it, these need to be dove often to stay at peak performance.

I don't really want to deal with the hassle of shipping. I can get it anywhere in Florida with you possibly for free, possibly for a small fee, depending on where in Florida you are and when you need it. I paid $2800, used it 8 times, spent $80 on new and spare parts, and would like to get roughly $2800 for it. Not trying to come out of this on top, but also not interested in losing a ton of money after leaving it in better shape than I got it.

I would be willing to do a partial trade for tanks, maybe regs, a medium/medium tall trilam drysuit, or guns.

They work for me as well. If anyone is interested and can't get the photos to work, I will email them, but they aren't tiny. I'm also willing to take additional photos if people want photos of something specific. Willing to meet to show you the scooter in person in south florida or cave country and let you take her for a spin if you'd like.

I can't afford to sit on this forever. Please feel free to make reasonable offers. I'm certainly willing to go down by 5-10%, or as I said, take a partial trade. I need a UV18 conversion kit, a front zip trilam drysuit that fits someone 6-0 and 155#, if it needs work that's fine as long as you take that into account when asking for a trade value, a set of 85's in either doubles or SM, or guns.

Any type of guns in particular? Collector, modern? I recently finished a rebuild on a second Browning 1919a4. Guaranteed to thin the herd on a busy day at Ginnie Springs.
