Default in town - Mill Pond cave conditions?

    hey folks,
I'm in town from Brasil and thinking of heading down to FL to do some diving. I'm hearing all the fun about flooding and all that....but not much about the Mill Pond caves. I'm thinking of heading up there. Has anyone been and know the conditions of JB, Twin, Hole, etc?

I'm going to spend about 4 days up there...what else is around that is dive-able now?
    Thanks in advance.

It was great a couple weeks ago. I haven't heard any bad reports, so I suspect it is fine. Current is probably still up.

I'm sure it will be up since I'm coming. I think these caves sense my presence and immediately the flow goes up.
    So it goes....thanks, FW.

Dove Mill's Pond yesterday and had a great dive. The vis was great along with a GREAT flow. The fish are still congregateing in the cavern area and if you are on a rebreather they can become a pest.

i dove twin and hole in the wall saturday/sunday... both were excellent, but had murky water until a few hundred feet in the cave... shangra la was also spectacular with a solid surface boil and great viz.

I think that has a lot to do with the poor fin technique of the Catfish found in the first few hundred feet. Any chance of training them to do a better job of minimizing silt?
