Default dive rite mr11 10w wreck

Have a MR11 10w Hid with the wreck canister, a 9 amp hour NiMh battery pack and charger, and the standard dive rite handle. The light has never been flooded. The cannister looks well used but it is in good shape. I used it during my cavern and intro training and then upgraded. It works great and i have been holding onto it as a backup primary. I now have too many lights (4 10w)and don't need this anymore. $400 takes it. I am pretty sure that this is the light dive rite will upgrade to an LED for a nominal fee. Send me a pm if you want a picture. Bill Huth

Here's some info on the dive rite upgrade:

So it's $150 to upgrade the bulb to a 700 lumens LED, I will take $350 for this light so for 500 you have a great new light and given the 9ah battery in the wreck cannister some serious burn time or just use it as is and upgrade when the bulb goes.

On the other hand, (if you're careful with the light and don't bang it into stuff like I am wont to do) you can have an awesome little light for $350. Jerseyjersey, you're looking for a backup primary and this would be the ticket.

(It should be obvious that I like the brightness characteristics of an HID over those of an LED. If my 10w bulb goes I'm sticking another HID back in it.)

I gotta agree Russel, lost the bulb in DR 10w and had them upgrade it to the 14w ....Tried the LUX LED and it just lacked that "punch" of an HID...

I don't mind diving with someone who has an LED, as long as they lead. If not, I'm constantly turning around and covering my light.
