Question Traverse from New Mexico to Lake Michigan

While looking through the Accident Analysis for the New Millenium, I was curious about Case #6 on slide 49.

    http://www.docstoc.com/docs/3839393/...New-Millennium

A diver exploring a blue hole in New Mexico fails to return from a dive.

Recovery divers are unable to find the body

Six years later, the body is recovered in Lake Michigan
Anyone have details on what he is talking about? I am presuming someone misunderstood a dive plan or something and he is trying to show how poor some accident reporting information is. Otherwise I can only presume he is suggesting that the body was somehow moved from New Mexico to Lake Michigan.

This was thouroghly investigated by Scully and Muldar and found to be real. The truth is out there!

Is that a theory, rumor, or fact? At any rate, it would be karma...

    Cheers,

Curious myself. There was no date listed. The cave potion of the Blue Hole has been grated and locked off for many years. Not even fully certified cavers can dive it.

Must be a sidemount diver that carries a shovel. My hat is off to him.
