Just out of curiosity how far after full cave do you have to be to teach cavern threw full cave. Im sure you have got to have over like 500 cave dives. I looked on the NACD web page but didnt come up with much.

There is no limit. We'll always find a way to go deeper and deeper. That's been the pattern all along.

I would think that one should be able to have plenty of "experience" in the subject they are trying to instruct others in.... right?
I think that the NACD and/or CDS only requires one to have 100 cave dives to start the instructor program, unless someone corrects me...

There are 3 kinds of people in this world; those who are good at math, and those who are not.
Larry is the training director for NACD - TD@safecavediving.com & can answer your questions regarding instructor training.
Just go with PADI, just do 20 dives and pay for your cavern instructor rating...
Are you already an Open water instructor?
Is Soviet way, is good.
Im not planning on teaching it for a very long time. I am finishing my instructor course before the end of the year. I was just curious how many safe cave dives it takes to be an instructor for the nacd.
