    Default Madison?

The word is Madison is back open. I've only been twice, once as an Intro diver and once full cave. Apparently I need to know where the rabbit hole is for my dive tomorrow....... Please advise, thanks!

    Default Rabbit Hole

From the left side of the old dive platform, the rabbit hole is pretty much straight down the slope. Once you're through it, bear a little to the right, over a silt mound and you'll see the sign. The goldline is tied to the sign post.

Have fun! I love Madison! Wish I was there!

Watch for broken pieces of glass in the entrance if you are a fat boy like me and try to push away some gravel/

That's good advice for any entrance where you might be tempted to grab hold or push aside gravel and sand! Broken beer bottles seem to like high flow entrances.

Shirley you're not serious? No, I'm not, but do stop calling me Shirley.

I get cold very easily....even in a drysuit, so much so that all my dive buddies just assume I am cold all the time. When I say I'm not they are flabbergasted.

Anyway, gloves.... I got a cheap pair of NeoSport wrist gator 5mm gloves and cut the fingers off. It's amazing how much warmth you lose from the veins in the back of your hand.

Thanks for the tips on Madison. We found the rabbit hole and bypassed the high flow cavern entrance. Although, the flow was down.

Somehow, I suspect the flow is higher now, but in the opposite direction

I'm saving up to get some cool fingerless ones like yours!

In the meantime, I just sneak up behind my buddy and hook a jon line on his butt d-ring till we get inside the entrance....sshhhhhh! Don't tell!
