    Default Avatars

On the subject of avatars...>someone had put one up on my profile for me & I'm not sure what is was supposed to be, so I deleted it-! Also, another made somewhat of a critique of the animated 'Bowie' avatar I had put on my own profile, so I deleted that one as well.
The reason for this post is that while I was searching for a new avatar for my cave explorer, a hacker had programmed a Trojan Horse virus onto the web site I was logged onto from our office network at work-! It was immediately caught & deleted by our McAffee Antivirus Application. You could see what the virus was doing to IE, by the way things slowed way down, to the point of 'whiting' out your screen. I immediately logged off, cleared the Cache/History & Temporary folders, then closed all apps, & re-booted the system. Be very careful in what you download, and make sure your system is protected. We all depend on our computers to send E-mail & read our forums, or to chat on-! This computer network that I'm using right now is my home network, protected by a Linux 'firewall', and a Russian antivirus program{Clrav} which is state of the art, & full proof-! I run Win98 on the inside of Linux, so you'll have to know how to program in Finnish to get in. " no viruses & no hackers"
Just thought you all would like to know-!

Come on, now! I wasn't being critical of your avatar. I loved it, I just didn't know what it was.

    Hey Sludge,

I'll put it back up, I wasn't sure how you meant it. If, I can even find it. Maybe if I'm nice to our Adm, she'll re-load it for me. Meanwhile I'll try a different one that you all can poke fun at me with. I don't mind really.....I love you all. Have fun-

What is the location of the image, and exactly how are you trying to upload it?
