    Default Dive Rite Express

I know it's not so cool to use online retailers, and I try not to, but sometimes you need a few things real quick. Dive Rite Express is one of the best online retailers if you ask me. Good prices, but dang, their service is unbeatable. They deliver free for over $50.00, and it arrives in just a couple of days, three at most (and I don't live close). Then the few times it's not been quite right (damaged in mail), they have a replacement sent with no questions, no hassles, no shipping fees.

I just wanted to say thanks to dive rite express in a public forum.

    Thanks!

There is nothing wrong with using online retailers.

Where else are you going to find anything and everything you need and then realize what you should have had by seeing what is available any time of day or night.

Ohhhhhh, please! Not that tired old line again.

Seeing as how MOST divers dont live right next to thier dive sight, I would hazard a guess that 99% of the fills are being done at the shops in proximity to dive locations anyway.

Why would I send them to DRE?
    I'll use my own compressor.

I am a LDS and an online retailer.

Being online has expanded our business with online sales and walk ins.
During the 2005 hurricanes if we were not online we might have had a loss for the year.

As a consumer you should appreciate online scuba businesses.
They give you market prospective alert you to price gouging and bring a level of availability no LDS can ever provide.

I could rant this into next week but I'll bring back the point.
    DREx does have good service.
They work hard and deserve the props.
When skip takes the time to throw a good experience out there he is helping a LDS...Fill Express

Sure as long as its UPS freakin' Ground...

You can make this argument all day freaking long about any other online retailer BUT DRE.... they sell at MSRP... so why the heck would anyone buy from them, than their local 'authorized' reseller... duh, because they have it in stock, and the local mask, fin, and snorkel pusher dosn't...

    So go pound sand......

Although I agree Dive Rite Express has good customer service, their prices are always inflated. I don’t understand why anyone would not purchase from Cave Adventurers. Cave Adventures provides the same customer service at significant discounts.

I've dealt with DiveRite Express (aka: Fill Express) and everybody there from the owner on down are first class.

I've ordered on line and been to Mark's shop a number of times

It's more than just a website, a real brick and mortar business. The cleanest fill station you will ever see and it's set up really nice.

It's bad luck to be superstitious.
