I recently sent Sartek my 1 1/2 year old 10 watt HID to have it checked out. I had to have the battery replaced last December, and frankly was a little disappointed that it was acting up again not 10 months later. I spoke with them today and they said that it was the battery again. Before I could start complaining, she told me that the batteries they had been using have proven to be of an inferior quality from China and that they were now making their own in house. She said that they were sending my light back with the new improved battery AT NO COST TO ME! I was floored. Needless to say, this is the kind of service that makes folks return to a business and I wanted to make sure everyone here knows what a great bunch of folks the Sartek people are.

Sartek may not be as big a name as Diverite or Salvo, but they make a quality product and STAND BEHIND IT!
