I purchased the item on 6/28. Sent payment via paypal. After three weeks, of trying to contact the seller via PMs and email with absolutely no response, I filed a claim with paypal. Once again there was no response during the resolution process. After paypal was unable to contact the seller, they refunded my payment.

I am glad to hear you were refunded by PayPal. It is always best to use PayPal, or a credit card, in the rare case the seller vanishes.
