...Lose your octo holder?
(or is there some use of this item on cave/technical divers which I am not aware of? It was sitting on the floor just past two nice gashes in the clay less than 100 feet from the Junction room)

Are you sure it's an octo holder? It looks like a bizarre apparatus designed for some perverse and unspeakable purpose!
Or maybe the winner in a contest to design the most complex piece of equipment possible to accomplish a simple purpose.

It's a Rube Goldberg signature snorkle keeper![]()
It's bad luck to be superstitious.
Yes, it's a Scubapro octo holder, but the clip is missing. You know, some people still use octo holders. I use the ones sold by Zeagle, both on my safe second and on stage regs.
Whoever said money can't buy love never bought a puppy.
I know what it is because I bought one two years ago and never used it![]()
I know that not everyone uses a bungee on the neck, and for stage bottles, one might use an octo holder. But how do you lose one? And is it merely coincidence that there were two slashes in the floor right before this lose Rube Goldberg apparatus?![]()
