    Default Emerald 12-2-07

If you are not signed up to dive here yet, you are missing out. It is as clear as I have seen it in 10 years. Surface to bottom in the basin, the limit of my 10 watt in the cave. Light percolation, a bit of suspended sediment. A bit more on exit. Cheers.

So who want's to buddy up and dive Emerald? I'm on the approved list.

    Sidemount config for me though.

It's bad luck to be superstitious.

Okay, so I'm going to get over to Emerald soon, never been.

Is there a map somewhere? Even a stick map on a cocktail napkin would be more than I have now. Rough distances & depths so I can cut some tables.

Suggestions for a first dive there? Without knowing a thing, I would like to work my way over to Cheryl Sink. Is this a reasonable first dive or can I expect to do more?

No stages, just doubles and the usual deco bottles.

    PM's welcome and preferred.

John [OFG-1], you pm'd me a while back with some info but I must have deleted it in the software changeover.
