Dropped down to 200 foot this morning. Very little flow, except on the exit of the cave. Even then, it was very manageable. Vis was 40 foot. I never did get a good temp reading for the cave, or the outside lake water.

I got 58* in the cave and 50* in the lake. This is after I down loaded onto my lap top. You did not mention that there was bout 1 foot of vis in the lake, LOL.
How about how the water is setteling there near the entrance and it is nice and mucked up as you drop down the ledge?
Great to see you and TS there.

For those who don't know, Cannonball is in MO, in Lake Wapapello.
The 200 ft. depth comes at app. 1000 ft. penetration, after app. 800 ft. penetration at depths of 35-55 ft.
On this dive we were also treated to a couple fresh water eels and a very large catfish in the cave, as well as quite a few skeletons of previous catfish and bass who wandered into the cave and failed to find the way back out.
And I really appreciated that 1 ft. of vis in the lake; many times I have had trouble reading my computer at the 20 ft. deco stop. There was actually a couple minutes where I could see the bottom (30 ft.) from the 20 ft. stop on this dive, as the clear spring water was displacing the lake water on its way to the surface from the mouth of the cave!
