Be careful what you are asking for. Cylinders designated "HP" have the skinny neck that isn't compatible with most valves.

I suspect you are looking for an E-series 3442psi cylinder.

I'd prefer true HP tanks, though the "moderate" pressure (3442) are fine. I can find valves either way.
