Both Cave Excursions rent doubles, pretty reasonably too. I personally would never rent my personal gear, justified or not, I'd be too worried about liability.
I am pretty sure Dive Outpost has 104s to rent as well. At one time, Rose at Ginnie rented 104s.
CEE, CE, DO all have 104s for rent. Usually $10/day but I'm sure you'll get a weekly rate. Larry Green also rents tanks. He lives not too far from Ginnie towards Forth White.
