Anybody interested in participating in the step building at Cathedral this Saturday, they will start at 10:00am. They could use hammers, cordless drills, chainsaw, and whatever else you might have. They will start at 10:00am.

Circular saws would also be a good idea. We'll be cutting a number of joists and the decking for the new platform.
Also, when you park, please leave enough room for the lumber delivery truck to get through the gate and back to the railroad ties.
Directions:
- I-10 to exit 275
- US90 West, go 2.6mi
- Turn left at Falmouth Crossing General Store
- 185th Rd south, go 0.5mi
- look for a gate on the right, immediately before Ball Rd
p.s. 185th Rd is also known on some maps as Newburn Rd and/or Falmouth Rd
Bob, great meeting you, and thanks for coming out to work today! We got a lot more done with you on hand, and having the right tools for the job is always a big help.
Andreas, thanks to you as well. It's always a little invigorating when somebody arrives fresh and ready to work -- tired or not, we couldn't let you show us up, so everybody kicked it back in gear.
Shellie, thank you as always... I can't believe you keep showing up.
Tom, if you're out there, thanks for coming by with the cold and tasty beverages. Very refreshing!
I want to take a moment to recognize the work of everyone who's assisted with construction so far. We've put in several days now, and many of these people have been there working hard a few times or more, particularly during the challenging phase of putting in all those posts, mixing and pouring the concrete, etc. In any event, these are the individuals who have been putting their time and effort into Cathedral:
Andreas Hagberg
Andrey Moserilainen
Angie Reim
Bill Oigarden
Bob Schulte
Casey McKinlay
Curtis Baldwin
Gene Melton
John McMacken
Kate McKinlay
Kell Canty
Mark Messersmith
Patrick Duffy
Shellie Foss
Todd Leonard
We'll schedule another work day fairly soon.
Thanks...
- Todd
p.s. For those who may visit the site before the next work day: Please stay outside the caution tape and off the platform until we complete a couple tasks that will make the framing strong enough to safely support weight! In the meantime, please feel free to enjoy the view from the end of the walkway.
Looking great!
Sorry I couldn't make this one. I'll try to make the next one. Andreas always looks energized. I don't know how he does it.
