    Default Customer Service

    Just have to put this somewhere.
    I just had a problem with my reg.
    Customer Service is one of the best i have ever talked to, right up there with products. They support their products and want to make sure the customers are happy, doesn't matter if it is something as big as a canister light or something as small as a Din to Yoke adapter. If you are looking for a product, is not only the most affordable, but they treat their customers right.

    Sorry about that.
    Just wanted to say they helped me out and are very nice and not like usual customer service. For those people who usually believe customer service is a joke and they wont ever take care of you (like a computer company recently did to me.. 2000 dollar computer, needs 1300 dollars of work because they wouldn't fix it when it was in warrenty)

    If anyone is curious about this company that gives such awesome customer service (and I agree that it does), just send Numus a PM. I'm sure he'd be glad to share its name with you privately.

    Does anyone else wonder if there is any way that the forum users could

    investigate what a censored user is trying to communicate without being

    very obtuse and indirect? I think that praise could certainly be useful but

    everyone has their own opinion.

    Really are we such a society of people that we cannot express our opinion

    in a public forum without invoke the black bars of death? Especially when

    the other option involves the use of a private message meaning that

    everyone cannot benefit from? Such the price of a polite, peaceful society

    ?

    You raise a very good point. We always say you can give a positive or negative report on a particular product from a company, but you can't make blanket statements about the company.

    But isn't customer service just one of a company's products?

    The reason i posted this was so that people wouldnt be afraid to call this company for support like people fear others (mostly because you get the phone tree hell, or the "please say why youare calling" garbage that never works. You get to a person that is willing to sit down and help you (one that speaks english as a primary language too) and you dont have to keep asking for their supervisor to get anything done, the person you talk to is the person that can do everything to help you. That is why i posted about this company because I know myself along with others can't be hasseled with some of the customer service. To get a warrenty replacement you have to fill out 30 forms in triplicate, give a pint of blood, and give your location relative to gps positions from 1 of 3 avalible points on the globe. Just friendly service.

    That is a very good point. I wasen't making a comment about the qualify of blah's products overall or saying the product is located in blah country so stay away from it. Just saying their customer service is very good, so if you buy from them you know you will get support on their product no matter what how small it is or how much you paid for it. I know some people wont bother with you if your product is cheaper then x amount of dollars.
