    Not bad! Land here in Citrus Co. is exploding price-wise. It has dropped off a little bit, but there's no way you'd ever find something for $6k an acre around here. Makes me wish I could just move up there and build something!

    Way too expensive for that property. Should be ~$6k/acre + $10k for the well, which is about $35k. A bunch of blueberry bushes isn’t worth another $35k.

    Peacock is around 10 min. Lesser known caves like Anderson, Charles, Telford are closer than that. There is a boat launch on the Suwannee at Charles, just minutes away. Most importantly, you are close to at least 3 'Dollar' Stores, Dowling Park, Taylor's Crossing and the famous Luraville Country Store!

    Prices went up here in Cave country ~$6k/acre was paid 10 years ago, if you find at this price please let me know I may buy.

    # 30 minutes from little river and #30 from Madison as well, 5 minutes from River caves
