Yes the Nitek3 is still available, as mentioned before. It comes with clear protective cover, 2 straps, waterproof Dive Rite box, manual & downloader. I took a good hard look at it yesterday while taking pictures of it. Seems unbelievable, but it barely has ANY scratches, even on the protective cover.
