Two questions - does the isolator have one or two barrel o-rings on each side?, and are the bands tug welded with a thicker plate in the middle where the bolts go?

Two barrel O-rings (verified). Not sure what a 'tug' weld is not familiar but it is two hoops that are spot welded (4 spots) on each half - together with the all-thread passing the each hoop end in the middle of the 4 spot welds. Will send pic if needed.

I think tug welded was supposed to be tig welded and may have gotten autocorrected
