Social - a week out

We're less than eight days away from the social and we have very few people that have indicated they are coming. I'm not worried about food being brought - we have had several large donations to assure there will be plenty - I'm worried that we won't have more than a dozen people to eat eighty burgers and eighty hot dogs.

Please let me know if you're going to come, either by PM or signing up to bring something. On or about the 28th we'll make an educated guess as to how many people will be there, and make any adjustments as to what we will need. For example, if twenty people are expected, we won't need eighty burgers, twenty veggie burgers, and eighty hot dogs. But if fifty people are coming, we will.

Please respond, and if you know others that are coming, encourage them to let me know.

Never assumed everyone was on Facebook but that a good portion of folks do not check this forum or may be unaware of the event. To make these things successful utilizing every avenue of advertising is a pretty good idea. I'd say more folks on Facebook are more likely to attend than the forum. Lots of Internet cave divers out there.
