    Default Peacock to Cisteen...and back....

Anyone done the Peacock I to Nicholson Tunnel to Cisteen, then the Crypt, then back to Peacock I via Olsen loop lately? Used to be an easy swimfrom Olsen, a bit longer now that there's no entry there.
Any line issues? (is there gold line in that section?)...haven't done that section in 20 years, figured we'd do something different. Whats the exit at Cisteen like these days..the water level is pretty high, basin is pretty large right now.

    Thanks for any current details.

I don't think the park wants Cisteen used as a planned entrance/egress point, only for emergencies only. Exit is tenuous as usual, and at least the line isn't bifuracted in the cavern zone like it used to be-that always lead to which line did I come in on.

I did the loop you are talking about recently, but left out the crypt, but added Peanut restriction,2/3 waterhole, and then exit peanut tunnel. Water clarity on cisteen line was fair due to residual river intrusion, but isopod and amphipod populations were very high in some stretches.

    Default Peacock to Cisteen

We did that dive two weeks ago. Except we went past the Nicholson line and gaped straight to the Cisteen line, went past the Wishbone, didn't mess around at Cisteen and went straight to the front door to the Crypt. Placed our Gap reel checked out the Crypt and then headed toward the Olsen - Challenge line. Jumped onto the Olsen line and out to P1.Bottom time of 86 minutes,Vis improved dramaticly after Back door to the Crypt.

We don't plan exiting at Cisteen, maybe just pop up, take a look, then go back towards the Crypt. The team going is very experienced and will "leave nothing but bubbles", believe me!
Any line status info....good shape, gold, etc?

    Thanks for the previous info.

We did P1 to Cisteen this past Friday via the Cisteen line. (the next right jump after Nicholson) Line intact, no problems. Vis was good, lots of crayfish.

    Default Lines

All lines were in good repair. I don't really recall paying that much attention to the material (gold or white) but I think that is white #36 over by the Wishbone and Cisteen.
