Found near Devil's by some kids who gave it to me. I checked (sorry to say there was no cash left ) but the driver's liscense, credit cards etc were in place. I don't recall the name on the liscense but I did take the wallet to Ginnie's Lost and Found. Hopefully they find the owner before he makes a run to the DMV, etc.
