Got it wrong, it connects to Weeki/ Twin Ds, and since it is the longest cave, those places will be known as Jug Hole

A little digging in the Source Tunnel (and maybe some detonating cord), and you'll likely find more passage. There is a lot of flow coming through there, which seems to indicate a larger system.

Yes, but that doesn't explain how the passage past the Source Tunnel was formed. Maybe there was a collapse, and the water flow bypassed the main passage, then went out to the Source Tunnel.

Just because there's water coming out of it, doesn't mean that all of the water is coming out of it. Things collapse, flow gets redirected, etc...

You just need to find the other entrance.
