Amigo's 7th Anniversary Celebration

I wanted to let everyone know that Wayne at Amigo's is having an anniversary celebration weekend Jan 18-20. From the Amigo's email:

Saturday-Monday, January 18-20: We're celebrating all weekend long with food, music and savings. Saturday afternoon will feature the Southern Offroad Band; Monday afternoon it's the Sno Rogers Band. We'll have hamburgers, hot dogs and sides all weekend; Monday we'll add fish, chicken, marinated pork on skewers, barbecue chicken, vegetarian food, Janet's Famous Cowboy Beans, biscuits-on-a-stick and desserts of all kinds. Great gear savings and demos all weekend with vendors like Dive Rite on site. Monday we'll be giving away fantastic door prizes and offering half-price Nitrox, O2 and Trimix fills, plus free air. Don't miss this.

For those that haven't been to Amigo's--this is the perfect time to check things out. The shop is only a 19 minute trip from Ginnie--and you don't have to drive through High Springs if you're in a hurry.

We were at Amigo's for the Thanksgiving weekend swap-meet and had a great time. The bluegrass music is fantastic. Oh, and there's a reason those beans are famous--you have to go and try them!

We wanted to thank Wayne & Janet and everyone else at Amigo's that made the Amigo's 7th Anniversary Celebration so special! The food was unbelievably awesome! Everything from Venison, Hog Snapper, Grouper and Janet's fantastic Seafood Chowder and Baked Beans! And whoever brought the green Key Lime Cookies, they were great and I would love to have the recipe! I wish I hadn't told everyone to try them because one couldn't stop at just one! The band was awesome and the company outstanding! Thanks again to Amigo's for such a good time!
