    Default Madison Blue 10-13-13 (w/Video!)

After a riveting day of listening about cave diving, we actually went out and did some on Sunday... 4 of us at Madison Blue.. weather was perfect, water flow was pumping, clarity was nice (75+ft), and took a first shot at diving with the new GoPro on a helmet mount. We did the Godzilla circuit for the first dive, which is what this video is of, and second dive we stuck to mainline. Great dive, but kicked our butts keeping up with the heavy flow. Madison is back to normal, so get out and dive!

I shot this on 720p (lower quality) in an effort to make it easier for my computer to handle the file for editing. I also rigged up a helmet (I have never dove a helmet before this) and ended up not really liking it. I will end up moving the camera to a tray setup for the next dive day and possibly working up some sort of diffuser for my UWLD LED light... but overall we ended up with pretty good results... more to come!

Do you mind making it available to mobile browsers? Should be a setting in your control panel for that.

not sure why you can't view... my wife had the same problem on her iPad, when she tried to play it YouTube popped up a message about the content containing copyright violations and it wouldn't play. I do have music on the video that could be a copy right issue... i'm fairly inexperienced with YouTube, however I tried viewing on my iPhone, work laptop, and personal laptop and the video played just fine. I also had one of the guys in the video pull it up at work and he was able to view... let me know where I can make adjustments in YouTube for you to view the video and I am happy to tweak it. If the video gets flagged and banned I can always republish after removing the audio soundtrack.

Nice video, but it needs more cowbell.

We are working on a video bracket that clips on to our Goodman handle that goes over the primary and has the option of mounting one or two of our Video lights on the side. The video lights will still use our snap in clip with a ball mount to give options for mounting the video lights as close or far away from the video camera by using ball mount style arms. The bracket (if the design pans out) will snap on/off the Goodman handle without any screws to make it easy to clip the camera and video lights to a d-ring when not in use. I hope to have a prototype done this week of the bracket.

No worries. Just means I can't smoke a cigar while I watch.

I am still unable to view it from my iPad. Will try later when I'm at a real computer.
