I built several 40Ah LiFe Battery packs for friends however one could not take delivery.

the original burn test is 158min

which is slightly better then the prototypes original burn test that was built 5 years ago. The prototypes last burn test (last years prep for exploration at Morgan) 172min.

the 7 other packs are running about the same.

You have to have the scooters weight equal the weight of the water it displaces, so unless you shorten the body the weight has to remain the same. But you could have a VERY long burn time

If space isn't an issue it looks like shortening the body 6.586" would do the trick.
