    Default Jackson Blue committee

Many thanks to all who offered their time and talents to help update the access policy at Jackson Blue Spring. After careful deliberations, here is the committee:

Edd Sorenson - cabo - chairman
    Forrest Wilson - FW
    Bill Huth - wingman
Kelly Jessop - Kelly Jessop (not creative enough to come up with a handle)
    Jeff Bauer - JeffB

Any ideas or concerns you have, feel free to contact one of these members. Please don't everyone inundate Edd; contact the member you know the best.

One change: Forrest said that since he's so much farther away than me, and I go there so often, that I should take his place. So here's the list:

Edd Sorenson - cabo - chairman
    Bill Huth - wingman
    Kelly Jessop
    Jeff Bauer - JeffB
    Russell Edge - Sludge

    Russell.
I was there last weekend, while the BoyScouts were there. I liked having access to to an open restroom. Edd has mentioned this but I've heard no updates on it. What is the current policy for a key to the restroooms?
    Thanks,
    Kenny P.

I think your committe sounds like a great idea. On the restrooms subject, I would think they wouldn't want women in the bushes having to pee. Also it's not very sanitary. I had to climb a fense last year to find a spot with thick enough brush to hide my butt. Thanks for you efforts, Cindy Butler

    Cindy,
Edd has been in near constant communication with the Jackson County Board. He is working to get a key so you and others won't have to climb the fence anymore. I agree, we deserve better, for the money we put down. He has discussed 365 days diving as well. We'll have to see how that works out. I still remember when there was no way to dive JB except a sneak dive. I sat in on a County Commission meeting to re-gain access, spearheaded by Scott Hunsucker and supported by 8 - 10 cavedivers.
    Bless,
    Kenny P.
